Kuwago is bookkeeping software for small businesses in the Philippines. You take a photo of a receipt and Kuwago sorts it into your sales and expenses, builds BIR-ready worksheets, and estimates your taxes.

You need an account to use Kuwago. Keep your password safe — you are responsible for activity under your account. Your books live inside a workspace. You can invite other people to a workspace and give them a role (Owner, Member, or Viewer); only the people you invite can see that workspace's data.

Use Kuwago only for lawful bookkeeping. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use, attempt to break or overload the service, or use it to store unrelated or harmful material. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Kuwago has a free plan and paid plans (Pro and Team). Paid features — the scanner beyond the free limit, bank import, BIR-ready forms, monthly report emails, and consolidated reports — require an active subscription. Subscriptions are billed through our payment provider and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown per workspace and may change with notice; changes do not affect the period you have already paid for.

Kuwago helps you get ready to file. It produces estimates, income statements, and filing-ready worksheets from the figures you record. It does not file with the BIR for you, and it is not a substitute for a licensed accountant or tax professional. You are responsible for the accuracy of your records and for your own filings.

The receipt scanner on our homepage is a demo. Images you try there are read to show you the result and are not saved to any account.

We work to keep Kuwago running but provide it "as is," without warranties. We may add, change, or remove features over time. To the extent the law allows, Kuwago is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You can stop using Kuwago and close your workspace at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken. You can export or request your data before you leave.

We may update these terms as Kuwago evolves. If we make a significant change, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know in the app or by email.
